Your birth journey starts now
XOXO, Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia Bonjour — a birth and postpartum doula, student nurse-midwife, and the founder of Bonjour Birth Co. I support families across all birth settings — from hospital deliveries to home births and birth center births, including cesarean and VBAC journeys — with over 1,900 clinical hours, advanced training, and a heart-centered approach.

I came into this work not just to attend births, but to reimagine support in spaces where too many families feel unseen. I began my training in midwifery school because I was passionate about hands-on birth work. However, I quickly realized I craved full autonomy: the kind of care where we say yes to breech births, yes to twins, yes to individual choice. I didn’t want to be confined by rigid systems . I wanted to build a practice where families feel safe, respected, and fully supported, no matter what.

That drive led me to continue my work as a doula — layering in training as a VBAC specialist, lactation educator, and postpartum doula, along with certifications in BLS and NRP. I’m currently four months away from becoming a Registered Nurse, and less than two years from completing my path to become a Certified Nurse Midwife — blending clinical excellence with holistic, values-driven care.

This purpose aligns with my journey as a first-generation college student, raised by a single mom as the youngest of three. Growing up with limited access to healthcare shaped my unwavering commitment to accessible, inclusive, and affirming support. When I’m not at a birth, you’ll usually find me with my high school sweetheart, reading a Colleen Hoover book, or spoiling my two Frenchies. I bring my full self into this work because I want you to feel safe bringing your full self into your birth space, too.

Birth Plan Creation Session:
This isn’t just filling out a worksheet. We sit down and talk through evidence-based options: medical and holistic pain relief methods, interventions, positions, and what actually happens stage by stage. I help you weigh real risks vs. hospital routine so when labor starts, you already know what’s worth standing your ground on — and where you want flexibility.

Labor & Birth Support:
I’m with you in person from active labor through birth. I show up when you need me, whether that’s at home or in the hospital. This includes physical support, emotional support, working with your partner as a team, and making sure your voice gets heard in the room.

Postpartum Check-In:
One in-home visit where we check on feeding, healing, emotions, and what you actually need — not just what looks good on paper.

Birth Plan Creation:
Evidence-based guidance with both clinical and holistic options — not just hospital norms. We go over things like cervical checks, membrane sweeps, epidurals, natural comfort techniques, induction methods, and when to say no. You walk away understanding your choices in detail.

Birth Education Class:
My signature session. We cover every stage of labor: early labor, active labor, transition, pushing, and immediate postpartum. I break down what you can expect medically, what your body is doing, signs and symptoms to look for, and how your partner can support at every point. This isn’t a fluffy class — it’s real, honest education.

Provider Visit:
I’ll go with you to a prenatal appointment. Whether it’s a midwife, OB, chiropractor, whoever. It helps your care team put faces to names and reminds them there’s another layer of support looking out for you.

Birth Support:
Full in-person labor, birth, and postpartum support.

Birth Photography or Fresh 48 Photos:
One session of your choice. Either full labor and birth images or post-birth lifestyle photos within 48 hours.

Postpartum Visit + IBCLC Guarantee:
We’ll check in once you’re home. And if you need lactation help beyond what I can provide, I cover one visit with a trusted IBCLC. No extra stress on you figuring that out.

What kind of support do you offer during birth?
I’m here for the full journey — the physical, emotional, and mental experience of birth. I support not just you, but also your partner, helping you stay connected and grounded throughout the process. Birth isn’t something you go through alone — and you don’t have to.

Will my partner be involved?
Definitely. I believe partners are an essential part of the birth space. I help your husband (or partner) feel confident in supporting you — knowing when to step in, when to hold back, and how to truly be there for you in the ways that matter most.

Who do you work with?
Everyone. I believe birth support should be accessible to all families — regardless of income, race, insurance status, or how you choose to give birth. Every family deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported.

Can we chat before committing?

Absolutely — I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other. No pressure, no expectations — just a chance for you to ask questions, share your hopes, and see if we’re a good fit.

What if we need flexible options?

I've got you. I offer flexible payment plans and virtual support so that care can fit your needs, your schedule, and your budget. I’ll meet you exactly where you are — and walk alongside you from there.
